It was while on a solo journey driving down the Pacific Coast of California that Michelle made the decision that would alter her life forever: to enter the yoga teacher training program. She has been a yoga teacher since 2007 and received her training from YogaSpace, Toronto.
She is Co-Creator of the Eat Well Feel Well Program, a 6-week program that combines the principles of holistic nutrition and yoga. You can also join her in Mexico every March for the annual Eat Well Feel Well Retreat.
Michelle has completed her 50-hour yin training with Bernie Clark, 12-hour art of adjustments training with Jeannine Woodall, and is also certified to teach Yoga Thrive, a yoga program by Susi Hately specifically designed for cancer survivors.
Some of the organizations that she has worked with past and present are: 889 Yonge, YogaSpace, Seneca College, Across Boundaries, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and De La Salle Private School.
Michelle is known for her warm and friendly personality, strong and comforting hands-on assists, and kick-ass music (she plays everything from Cat Power to Deva Premal to Ohbijou).
Her classes are infused with inspiration and insight, giving students space to release and connect within.
