About Michelle Uy

It was while on a solo journey driving down the Pacific Coast of California that Michelle made the decision that would alter her life forever:  to enter the yoga teacher training program.   She has been a yoga teacher since 2007 and received her training from YogaSpace, Toronto.

Michelle is a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher.  With her warm and friendly personality, Michelle brings ease and enjoyment to all her classes.

She is Co-Creator of the Eat Well Feel Well Program, a 6-week program that combines the principles of holistic nutrition and yoga. The program has been running since 2010.

Some of the organizations that she has worked with past and present are: 889 Yoga, YogaSpace, Seneca College, Across Boundaries, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Kyla Fox Therapy Centre and De La Salle Private School.

Her classes are infused with inspiration and insight, giving students space to release and connect within.
