Daily Schedule

Retreat

8 am (light snacks before morning practice)
Meditation (15 minutes)
 
8:15am Yoga Practice (75 minutes)
 
9:30 am Breakfast open to 11am
 
Free Time / Activities (Possibilities are infinite – relax on the beach, swing in a hammock, sea kayaking, snorkeling, massages, explore nearby beaches and villages.)
 
5 pm ~ Nutrition workshop (except for Saturday)
 
7pm ~ Group Dinner

*on one evening, there will be a special yoga class, stay tuned!

*classes are suitable for all levels. The group schedule is intended to support your personal practice so we encourage you to participate as you wish.
