Yoga Thrive

Yoga Thrive is a therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors.

This gentle program is based on hatha yoga, but has been modified for survivors who are particularly stiff, immobile, injured, ill, or under extreme stress.  Dr. Nicole Culos-Reed (University of Calgary) has been actively researching the benefits of this specific yoga program in collaboration with Susi Hately since 2002.

Yoga Thrive is open to all cancer survivors (on or off treatment), and previous experience with yoga is not required. Weekly classes are 75 minutes in length.
